CrestHill Suites is a hotel chain focusing on long-term business stays.
Challenge: CrestHill Suites is a privately owned, long-term stay hotel chain that does not have the luxury of being backed by a large entity such as Hilton or Marriot.
Idea: A strong brand message had to be developed for CrestHill Suites. ABC invited several employees from all aspects of their company to spend a day at the office and experience "Brand-Aid," which is ABC's unique process of developing a company's brand.
Shortly after the session, as well as a bit more research, ABC was able to develop their brand proposition. Once that was established, CrestHill Suites wanted to convey their message to several major corporations - in a creative way, of course.
ABC created a series of high-impact direct mail pieces that expressed their unique qualities.
Results: The outcome of the campaign exceeded everyone's expectations. Within two months, CrestHill Suites already had broke even on their investment and achieved a 100% success rate in contacting their potential clients.
They have more than tripled their ROI in their Syracuse location and have been extremely successful implementing this plan in their other locations, Albany, NY and Wichita, Kansas.
ABC also assists CrestHill with consulting, print marketing, online advertising, trade show displays, collateral materials, media, and has just finished implementing two more direct mail campaigns to target niche markets in the sports team industry and the short-term stay business market.
