Oswego County National Bank (OCNB) Announces Media Launch In Central New York. Oswego County National Bank is pleased to announce its 2006 media launch for Central New York. The media launch will highlight OCNB’s focus on customer service and the personal attention the bank provides to its customers as a community bank. The campaign will also emphasize specific OCNB products such as its Phone-a-Loan service, which allows OCNB customers to apply for a loan over the phone and receive a decision in minutes. The launch is geared to expand OCNB’s marketing reach into Onondaga County and the series of 30 second commercials will air on all major network stations in Central New York beginning March 21, 2006 and continuing for at least one year. The campaign will also draw awareness to OCNB’s three Onondaga county locations: Liverpool, Brewerton, and North Syracuse. The OCNB media launch will also include print, outdoor, internal marketing, and in-store promotion.
