It is abundantly clear that people are making travel decisions based on research done on the web. So for hotels to remain competitive, it is imperative that they utilize this media to market their space.
Recently, CrestHill Suites asked ABC to review their current marketing strategies and make suggestions. CrestHill has three locations and all of them are in extremely competitive markets. Since people tend to make their travel and hotel decisions online, we of course recommended that they shift all of their attention to those up and coming spaces. We developed a complete online strategy for CrestHill to help them control their presence online. It contained traditional banner advertising in their markets but consisted of other dimensions including very niche site placement. We will be managing their reputation in social media spaces, as well as in review sites, and we'll be reaching out to bloggers that best fit their product. A year long online strategy is set in motion for CrestHill, and we look forward to measuring the results of their efforts.
